Complaints Processing

If you complain a goods because of an error on our part or becuase of the item is fault or damaged. We would ask for complaints comply with the following procedure.

First, please send us a photo and a description of the goods by email. Please always indicate your order number and your company data.
Our customer service people will review your complaint. Should the complaint be justified, our customer service people will contact you and arrange to return or exchange the defective/damaged one.
We reserve the right to replace defective/damaged goods or refund the purchase amount in exceptional cases.
